Tamara de Lempicka
In 1916 Tamara de Lempicka marries the lawyer Tadeusz Lempicki with whom she fled in 1918 before the Russian revolution to Paris where her daughter Kizette was born. Tamara de Lempicka continued her art study, proceeded in high-powered circles and celebrated from 1922 with portraits and acts in the style of the Art-déco the first results. After Tamara de Lempicka separated in 1928, she married in 1933 the Hungarian baron Raoul Kuffner. In 1935 there ends the first creating phase. In 1939 Tamara de Lempicka emigrated after Beverly Hills and New York. After the war the artist lived for a short time in Paris, before she moved from 1962 to Houston. Their abstract works which it made since 1950 and the late-impressionistically working spatula pictures of the sixties remained fruitless. In 1978 Tamara de Lempicka moved to Mexico where she died on the 18th March, 1980 in Cuernavaca.
